Fall 2022

The Importance of Being Earnest

by Oscar Wilde

Oscar Wilde's classic satire features disguise, romance, drama, love, and, as in any decent household, dainty cucumber sandwiches.

In a word: tea. (Literal and figurative.)

Kindly dress for dinner and hold on to your handbag. Earnest is coming to Duke and it's going to be as queer as...well, Oscar Wilde.

Image of a shingle-style sign. Text reads, "The Importance of Being Earnest coming soon."
