Class of 2025: Khiyali Kuchimanchi Pillalamarri

Khiyali Pillalamarri
Bio
Khiyali is a double major in her two favorite arts: theater and mathematics. Over the past four years, she's been delighted to work on around 20 shows here at Duke as a director, actor, lighting designer, stage manager, playwright, and more. She's a Co-President of Duke Players, where she directed and co-produced The Importance of Being Earnest and Last Summer at Bluefish Cove. She has a lot of door codes. Some favorite acting roles have been Clarion (Life is a Dream), Malvolio (Twelfth Night), and Lil (Last Summer at Bluefish Cove). When she's not doing theater or math, she enjoys reading and hanging out with her family and friends. She will be studying at the Prague Shakespeare Company's intensive this summer with the support of the Benenson and Forlines awards.
