Join us for a thrilling workshow about the ways institutions and the people within them misinterpret, undermine, and partially implement Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Part DEI workshop, part performance, and totally funny-but-in-a-frustrating-kind-of-way, the show asks you, the audience, to participate in discussions and activities and then to watch as the topics and tools are twisted by theoretically well-intentioned community members and leaders to suit their own interpretations. Hopefully, the show will help us to figure out how and why DEI work sometimes leads to us Discovering Everyone’s Issues.
